Biography of Carolyn Coker Huntley
Carolyn Coker Huntley was on the faculty, department of paediatrics, Wake Forest University School of Medicine, for 26 years. She founded the school's residency training program in paediatric allergy and immunology
She received her A.B. degree from Mount Holyoke College, did residency training at Boston Children's Hospital and Washington, D.C. Children's Hospital, and completed her fellowship training at Duke University Medical Center. She held two appointments with National Institute of Health, served on its Bacteriology and Mycology Study Section and also worked with the Bureau of Biologics Committee to study safety and efficacy of Bacterial Vaccines
