William Alexander, in Liverpool. M.D. and M. Ch. from 1870, Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England from 1877, honorary surgeon at the Royal South. Hospital, visiting surgeon at the Workhouse Hospital, consulting surgeon at the Home for Epileptics.
