Biography of Harry C. Dietz
Harry C. Dietz graduated Bachelor of Science from Duke University in 1980, and obtained his medical doctorate from SUNY Upstate Medical Center in 1984. He served his residency in paediatrics at the Johns Hopkins University 1984-1987 and became a fellow in cardiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 1977.
Dietz is a Victor A. McKusick Professor of Genetics in the Departments of Medicine, Pediatrics, and Molecular Biology and Genetics at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and director of the William S. Smilow Center for Marfan Syndrome Research.
