Symmetrical dermatosis with erythematous eruptions seen in patients with upper respiratory tract or digestive tract carcinomas. Skin lesions usually involve the hands, feet, ears, and nose, later spreading to the cheeks, elbows, knees, and, finally, the trunk. Very rare. Inheritance is x-linked dominant.
