A very rare autoimmune haemolytic disorder. Haemoglobinuria characterized by the sudden passage of dark brownish to black urine following exposure to cold, often associated with leg pain, abdominal cramps, malaise, chills, fever, vasomotor disorders, pallor, and blanching of the ears and lips.
Dressler's syndrome/Harley's syndrome has been entered as a separate entity, under Lucas Anton Dressler, German physician, 1815-1896.
