Sézary's cell

An atypical T lymphocyte that contains vacuoles filled with mucopolysaccharide. It is a characteristic finding in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and its variants and present in the peripheral blood of patients with Sézary syndrome. Clusters of these cells in the epidermis is called Pautrier's microabscess.
