Only German explanation found: Im Augenblick des Schlusses der Aortenklappen fühlt man bei vorhandenem Aortenauerysme die auf die Trachea fortgeleitete diastolische Aortenerschlaffung als euckartige Abwärtsbewegung des Kehlkopfes. («diastolic tracheal shock phenomenon»).
The sign is quite close to that Oliver-Cardarelli, but not identical to it.
