A variant of Babinski's reflex. Extension of great toe and flexion of others on percussion over the metatarso-phalangeal joint medial to the extensor hallucis longus. Seen in pyramidal tract lesions.
There are also references to a Throckmorton's sign used by radiologists. We have little information about this. Can you help?
